Customer is one of the largest land transport companies in the world with a global workforce, a global shareholder base and a global outlook and also they are a leading provider of public transport services (bus and rail) in Singapore.
• Technical Consultant and Solution role for the migration program.
• Responsible for the overall migration and technical solution from the old to the new system on cloud.
• Plan and manage the various technical activities that take place during solution for the migration program.
• Work with customer and team to understand the expectation, identify strategic new system design and build migration roadmap and plan for current system.
• Create the migration plan based on the inputs from the various teams.
• Communicates the design and plan to the stakeholders and collaborates and coordinates with existing domain architects in the formalization and adoption of IT standards
• Conduct a technical discussion with clients to present the proposed solution design and confirm detailed technical solution and migration plan for the system.
• 8. Manage the migration program and ensure the implementation by the various teams is aligned with proposed migration roadmap and technical solution.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum of 5 – 8 years of experience in Solution Architect role or other information technology solutions architecture role, hand-on in system architecture & solution design
• Have experience in leading technical team for solution & details support cross multiple sites (onshore/offshore)
• Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Have experience working with mission critical system with multi users, high load and near zero downtime.
• Have experience on large scale system migration especially from on-premise to cloud
• Hands-on experience on cloud (AWS or Azure) is mandatory. Having AWS or Azure cloud certification is preferred
• Have strong experience on: Java Springboot, NodeJS, Postgres, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, Confluent, Saga Pattern
• Experience in modern CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Gradle, NPM, Maven).
• Experience in Containers (Docker, Kubernetes, Container as a Services) and Serverless (AWS Lambda) technologies
• Professional and consultative mindset with commitment for excellent customer service
• 11. Excellent interpersonal and English communication & presentation skills (both written and oral)
