Technical Consultant Engineer | Infrastructure Projects

About the Role

As a Technical Consultant Engineer at INSEE, you will play a key role in delivering innovative concrete solutions and supporting our customers with technical expertise. This position focuses on technical consulting, complaint resolution, and pre-sales activities to strengthen INSEE’s market presence and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical consulting to customers and collaborate with Sales to identify needs and deliver solutions.

- Resolve cement/concrete quality complaints within SLA and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Lead trial mix and testing activities for projects.

- Engage in pre-sales activities with architects, designers, and consultants to influence project specifications.

- Collect market and competitor information to propose solutions and improve product positioning.

- Support innovation programs (i2i) and implement value-added services for customers.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Materials.

- Strong knowledge of cement, concrete, and admixtures.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical consulting or construction-related roles.

- Problem-solving and data analysis skills.

- Good communication and presentation skills; English proficiency (TOEIC ≥ 450).
