Mô Tả Công Việc

GKIM Digital is looking for a Technical Customer and Marketing Support who can work EST timezone from 8am - 6pm. We will train you on how to use our application and you will be responsible for communicating with our customers and helping them troubleshoot the system. Moreover, you will provide support to the marketing team to research, develop and implement marketing’s plans and strategies for our brands.

Technical Support:
- Communicating with customers, collecting information about issues or problems of the system
- Providing guidances and answers to the customers' technical issues by identifying the problem, research on answers and subsequent provision of guidance by responding efficiently, accurately, and courteously through teamviewer or any channels
- Monitoring the system health and Immediately inform the technical team for urgent problems
- Support in the development of programs to train the customer on how to properly use the software application and help them be more productive.
- Evaluation of the systems' problems to recommend enhancements

Marketing Support:
- Conducting market research to obtain data that gives the better understand regarding customer preferences and market trends in US market
- Interpret data obtained from market research/survey to produce results useful in taking effective business decisions
- Identifying and analyzing our competitors in US market
- Other marketing assist tasks assigned by marketing managers

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Degree in IT or other related technical field
- Can work EST timezone from Monday to Friday (8am - 6pm)
- Excellent command of English language, spoken and written
- Knowledge of healthcare is a plus
- Experience in marketing/sales/biz dev
- Experience selling SaaS B2B
- Experience in digital advertising and knowledge of advertising on social media platforms.
- Strong advertising network of contacts
- At best, practical help desk or customer support experience
- High customer and service orientation
- An empathetic attitude towards users
- Well developed communication and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of the modern web application
- Good problem-solving skills and focus on quality
- Ability to think quickly and multitask in a busy environment
- Proactive work ethic
- Ability to handle high contact volume while maintaining superior customer relations and service
