Technical Department Supervisor

I. Job Objective.

• Ensure the effective operation of the technical department, meeting customer technical requirements and the company's quality standards.

II. Key Responsibilities.

1. Planning and Goal Implementation

• Develop short-term and long-term objectives for the department.

• Create action plans and monitor execution progress.

2. Process Development and Training

• Establish and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Organize internal training to enhance employees’ technical competencies.

3. Personnel Management and Supervision

• Assign tasks based on individual capabilities.

• Supervise and evaluate performance, support issue resolution.

4. Technical Information Handling

• Process changes from customers or internal sources.

• Communicate and implement changes promptly and accurately within the team.

5. Customer Collaboration

• Work with customers to clarify product technical requirements.

• Ensure products meet specified standards and customer expectations.

6. Cross Departmental Coordination

• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues related to product standards and components.

7. Other Duties

• Perform tasks as assigned by upper management.

III. Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related technical fields.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings in English.

• Strong skills in data analysis, synthesis, and reporting.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.

• English proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.

IV. Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective time management skills.

• Knowledge of ISO quality management systems.
