Technical Designer

Pattern & Sample Review:

Review patterns and samples in detail to ensure they strictly follow design specifications. Propose and implement technical modifications when needed to improve fit, construction, or production feasibility.

Cross-functional Coordination:

Act as the key liaison between buyers and manufacturing partners throughout the product development cycle. Ensure clear and effective communication to maintain project timelines and deliverables.

Quality Assurance & Specification Management:

Inspect sample quality, verify compliance with the approved spec sheets, and coordinate necessary technical adjustments. Monitor product consistency from prototype to final production to meet customer quality standards.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Garment Technology, Fashion Design, or a related field.

+ Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in garment manufacturing, specifically in technical design and sample development.

+ Solid knowledge of pattern-making, garment construction, and production processes.

+ Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

+ Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
