Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Review tech pack from customers and share to factory.
2. Support factory to understand tech pack and sample development requirement and provide technical advice throughout the product development process (construction, fitting, measurements, grading...)
3. To work with customers for callouts or suggestion from factory.
4. Review samples before sending to customers to ensure follow brand’s required quality, construction, fitting, measurements…
5. To identify and offer to customers alternative better solutions for construction, pattern shape, better fitting as needed.
6. Writing vendor comments to send to customers when sending sample. To advise factory comments and solutions for rejected samples which are not achieved requirements.
7. Highlight to Quality Control team any risk that happened on development process as needed to ensure production achieving required quality, construction and performance standards based on fit process/approval sample.
8. Checking approved sample and approved Green Seal Sample to send to factory for bulk production process.

1. Knowledge of manufacturing, product processes from the development to bulk production.
2. Knowledge of creating pattern, technical drawing, garment measurements, construction, and pattern grading.
3. Knowledge of the different types of fabrics used in the products manufactured and sewing process.
4. Trained eyes of good fitting garment and understanding of garment proportion and functionalities.
5. Ability to use pattern making software.
