Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit user manual and service manual for products

• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to gather detailed product information for operation manual and system requirements.

• Create charts, and illustrations to enhance understanding of complex mechanical and electrical systems.

• Prepare the documentation for service instructions and spare parts catalogues

• Review and maintain the existing documentation, including adjustments due to changes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English language.

• 1-5 years' experience in technical documentation, specifically in developing user and service manuals for mechanical and electrical products.

• Proofreading of documentation

• Proficiency in using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with cross-functional teams.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work products.
