Technical Hardware Operator (IT Systems)

Responsibilities:

- Assemble and inspect IT hardware (servers, components, storage, networking)

- Perform full diagnostics, firmware updates, and load/stress testing

- Ensure proper system visibility and operability of all components

- Receive incoming equipment, label, and organize it in the warehouse

- Work with inventory and production management systems (CRM/ERP)

- Create and process warehouse and production-related documents

- Pack orders and prepare them for shipping

- Process assembly requests on time according to production plans

- Follow daily/weekly schedules and complete KPI targets

- Prepare daily and weekly reports on tasks and progress

- 2+ years of experience in IT hardware testing and assembly

- Good technical knowledge of server and network equipment

- Basic English communication (mandatory)

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Multitasking and time-management skills

- College degree or equivalent in IT, engineering, or technical field

Benefits:

- Salary: 13–18 million VND/month (based on experience)
