Technical Interior Designer (Senior to Leader Level)

* Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in interior design, with a focus on technical aspects such as space planning, construction documentation, and building codes. The Technical Interior Designer will collaborate with our design team to translate conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings and specifications, ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to completion.

* Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and functional interior design concepts that meet client requirements and project goals.

• Produce detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, using AutoCAD or similar software.

• Develop comprehensive construction documentation packages, including schedules, specifications, and material selections, adhering to industry standards and building codes.

• Review shop drawings, samples, and prototypes to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to inform design decisions and enhance project outcomes.

• Communicate effectively with team members and other teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

• Managing and coordinating input information and checking project output information in an orderly and efficient manner.

• Participate in project meetings, presentations, and client consultations as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Proven experience working as a Technical Interior Designer or similar role in the Hospitality industry (Restaurant,Hotel, ...)

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software for producing technical drawings and documentation.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

• Portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects and technical drawings.

• Familiarity with project management software for scheduling and tracking project progress.
