Technical Lead

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are searching for an innovative Technical Lead to join our company, someone with a strong background in managing technical teams and delivering high-quality software solutions. As the Technical Lead, you will oversee the company’s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to achieve their goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Developing and Driving Product Roadmap: Collaborate with the internal team to develop and execute the product roadmap, vision, and strategy, ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.

● Product Development and Planning: Create flows, PRD, wireframes, personas, etc., in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Utilize Agile methodologies such as Scrum for effective planning and task management. Collaborate with the outsourcing team to develop the product and ensure the functions work well. Generate the creative ideas in product together with BOD and Product manager.

● Team Leadership and Management: Build and lead a dynamic development team, architect applications, and manage engineering teams effectively.

● Risk Mitigation and Testing: Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Conduct testing and gather feedback to enhance the product and revise features as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

● Language: Good verbal and written communication in English is required.

● Experience: 6 years in software development, with a strong focus on mobile platforms such as Android, iOS, React Native, and Flutter. With at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

● Technical Skills: Proficiency in tech stacks including AWS, NodeJS, ReactJS, React Native, Firebase, Flutter, and Gitlab CI/CD.

● Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban for effective team management and project delivery.

● Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills to create a solid and dynamic development team.

● Design Skills: Experience in UI/UX design and wireframing using tools like Figma and Miro.

● AI Infrastructure and Tools: Experience in implementing scalable AI solutions, and knowledge of AI integration into existing systems.

● Experience working in an outsourcing or consulting environment is a plus.
