We are growing strong with more than 40 members and we are looking for one Technical Leader. You should demonstrate strong leadership, communication skills, experience with software development project management and be able to work under pressure.

- Analyze and challenge clients on their high-level requirements and consult them on what we should do with their defined budget and timeline
- Involve, create, review and analyze system specifications
- Collaborate with team members to design software applications
- Involve in troubleshooting blocking issues
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality

Job Requirements

- Good English communication skills (listening, speaking and writing)
- A good team player, proactive, highly responsible and committed
- Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude
- Proven experience as a developer OR taking a tech lead role working (and designing software solutions) with web applications (ReactJS / .NET), mobile apps, API (NodeJS) and back-end database (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and AWS.
- Having experience working with CI/CD
- Familiar with Agile / Scrum, OOA & OOD
- Information Technology or Computer Science degree or a related field.
