- Repairing and (preventive) maintenance of lifting equipment, tipping trailers, tipping platforms (hydraulic) and mechanical tractors, trucks.
- Repairing and (preventive ) maintenance of industrial compressor equipment, both diesel and electrically powered, with high capacity.
- Repairing and (preventive ) maintenance of industrial powder and granulates conveying equipment, including but not limited to rotary valve, silo, connecting piping and hoses.
- Able to design and plan the conveying capacity and related equipment for the conveying of power and granulates from trucks/containers/trailers to silo’s.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings.
- Know how to draw autocad, or mechanical engineering drawing software.
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems and lifting equipment.
- Coordinating with other departments to perform tasks assigned by superiors
- Monitor equipment status, promptly report to leaders, manage periodic maintenance plans or emergency maintenance for machines and equipment
- Responsible for the condition and operating performance of vehicles and equipment
- Coordinating and supervising all maintenance and repair work, ensuring work is carried out according to procedures and regulations.
- Prepare preventive or emergency maintenance requirements for vehicles and equipment.
- Based on the equipment usage plan and scheduled repair and maintenance work, prepare the equipment and other resources.
- Track the status of the preventive maintenance schedule, ensuring all work is done in a timely manner.
- Ensure maximum availability of equipment for production operations is maintained.
- Ensure that planning, scheduling and unscheduled repairs are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively, with high quality of service.
- Coordinating with stakeholders, providing daily information and reports on equipment availability, equipment vehicle operating hours and repair status
- Recommend training courses, internal training to improve skills and have timely backup
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
- Working place is at loading and unloading sites in Indonesia with possible future Regional assignments in the APAC region

- 2 - 3 years of experience in repairing and maintaining lifting equipment (hydraulics) in the port industry, automotive mechanics or manufacturing plants.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in repairing and maintaining compressor equipment in the port industry, automotive mechanics or manufacturing plants.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in repairing and maintaining bulk power and granulate conveyor equipment in the port industry, automotive mechanics or manufacturing plants.
- Graduated from College or higher, have knowledge in maintenance and repair of port equipment such as QC cranes, RTG cranes, container trucks, truck head (tractors)
- Skilled in reading technical drawings: electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, manual.
- Hard working, don’t hesitate to go to site working place, experience and capable to work in manufacturing sites and outdoor environment.
- Ability to communicate well, be agile, speak fluently, present persuasively, make a good impression on the audience.
- Ability to work and share with the team, team, group, collaborate, have good health, be honest in work, have a high sense of responsibility.
- Possess effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills, including planning, organizing.
- Having skills to handle situations flexibly
- English is a preferred foreign language ability, TOEIC 500 or higher.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in repairing and maintaining compressor equipment in the port industry, automotive mechanics or manufacturing plants.
