An exciting job of Technical Manager has arisen in a leading agricultural company in Dong Nai, Vietnam.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for product characteristics, crop techniques, required technical support.
- Responsible for management of effective crop(s) solutions aim to company’s mission.
- Build a sustainable crop value chain based on the company’s crop solutions to enhance company’s brand & adding values to growers.
- Transfer crop(s) solutions go to the market.
- Leading the technical project’s effectiveness (method approach, budget, results).
- Management of POSM, gimmick, A&P regard to.
- Updating & forecasting of market demand, market going on.
- Business-oriented driver.
- Cooperate well with other functional departments to achieve the mutual goals.
- Weekly and monthly report to Senior Brand Manager and Head of Sales and Marketing
- Other proper tasks assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University graduated or higher is plus, majoring in Plant Protection / Agriculture. Have knowledge & experience in plant protection industry is priority.
- Strong leadership skill on presentation, cooperation, communication & interpersonal skills and others necessary to gain the job’s achievement & business’ goals.
- Good in English (writing, speaking).
- Logical thinking, time management, solving problem, providing solutions, independent working under high pressure.
- Advancing at excel & PPT.
- Experience in the position of Technical Manager in the industry of Chemical (Agriculture).
- Strong leadership skill on presentation, cooperation, communication & interpersonal skills and others necessary to gain the job’s achievement & business’ goals.
- Good in English (writing, speaking).
- Logical thinking, time management, solving problem, providing solutions, independent working under high pressure.
- Advancing at excel & PPT.
- Experience in the position of Technical Manager in the industry of Chemical (Agriculture).
