Position: Technical officer (working shift) (EMS/ SCADA expert)

Work location: VSIP Binh Duong (VSIP III)

Salary: negotiable

Reporting to: Head of Hybrid power plant and Head of department

1. Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the SCADA&EMS of Hybrid power plant comprises of rooftop solar system (RTS), Battery Energy Storage System(BESS), and 22kV network and support the Smart IP team.

• Supporting Operation team to operate the Hybrid power plant at control center under commanding of shift leader & Head of Hybrid power plant.

• Manage and operate EMS/SCADA system.

• Config, repair the ICT system included fiber optic, network system, server system, computer system, controller.

• Config, repair all field devices included relay, RMU, meter, RTU, BCU, Gateway, controller…

• Report to Head of Hybrid power plant.

• Supporting the Smart IP team for project implementation and operation.

• Other work assigned by direct line manager or head of department.

a) Knowledge:

• Knowledge of SCADA and EMS (if any).

• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols.

• Understanding of ICT systems and other relevant software.

• Knowledge of intelligent electronic devices (IEDs).

b) Skills & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering/ electrical technology engineering/ Electronics/ Automation/ Control Engineering/Computer Science/IT.

• English fluency is a plus.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.

• Ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure or work in shift.
