Technical Pre-Sales/solution Conslutant

We are seeking an experienced Technical Pre-Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing tailored solutions, consulting, and designing service packages that meet customer needs in Network and IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Present solutions, consult and design service packages aligned with customer requirements for Network and IT services

- Research and identify IT solutions that align with the company's business direction

- Participate in product and service development projects within the company

- Organize training and product/service handovers for relevant departments

- Develop solution documents to support business operations

- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Information Technology

- Strong foundational knowledge in networking; understanding of systems, security, cloud computing, virtualization, and storage is a plus

- Minimum of 2 year of experience in network operations or solution deployment

- Strong analytical and research abilities

- Effective presentation and communication skills

- Possession of CCNA or JNCIA certification; additional certifications in systems, security, or cloud computing are an advantage

- Proficiency in English
