Technical Process Managemet/ Process Engineer (Bắc Ninh)

Responsibilities:

• To lead DFM review, drive design for manufacturing and design for reliability reviews of NPI products/concepts at supplier and lead activities to optimize product and process designs.

• Make recommendations for product/process design changes & final assembly standards/limits that have direct impact to final product cost, quality and delivery.

• Co-work with cross- functional team and suppliers to define, validate and qualify the production line layout, process flow chart, line balancing.

• Assembly process definition/design and investigate alternate assembly methods/equipment and automation to reduce headcount on assembly lines and increase process controls to prevent potential failures reaching customer.

• Process development, validation and qualification of NPI projects.

• Continues improvement for process improvement and optimization.

• Improve the production cycle time and UPH to get higher output.

• PFMEA and PMP development, review & approval.

• Yield improvement and critical failures FA/CA

• Co-work with cross functional team and suppliers for quality issue, reliability issues, design etc. validation and problem solving.

• Send daily / weekly report or NPI build report to core team to update and track all critical issues / items.

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

• At least 6 years work experience in manufacturing process engineering and familiar with final assembly process (FATP).

• Experience in consumer electronics or similar industry.

• Professional in DFx and NPI development.

• Professional in process development and yield and UPH improvement.

• Strong technical skill in requested product and process related work experience and knowledge

• Professional knowledge in the tools and its practice such as Cp/Cpk, DFx, PFMEA, DOE, PMP etc.

• Work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication, coordination skill.

• Good attitude, enthusiasm, pro-active and team work spirit.

• Good English & Chinese oral skill.

• Willing to travel as project support request.
