Technical Project Manager (Automotive Chiplet/15 Years)

- In this position you lead a software project team in the domain of Real-Time core and Application core-based software for Automotive Chiplet Systems (ACS)

- Influence international stakeholders, difference domains, difference partners to achieve project goals

- Taking the responsibility for achieving the project targets and KPIs (on time, on spec, on budget, customer satisfaction).

- Agreement on project targets with program- and project management, internal difference sub-project teams, external partners (Tier 2 suppliers) and customers (OEMs) and regular reporting of project status

- Supporting customer acquisitions by preparing customer-specific presentation related software domain in strong cooperation with project, product management and sales (POC)

- Supporting on setup development process for Tier 2 for ensuring project success business by

+ applying project management tools like quality management, change management, risk management, configuration management as well as

+ defining software development processes

+ setting up PMT for establishing an efficient software development (CD/CI, …)

+ defining an interface adapting customer-specific to ACS project tool chain

- Furthermore, you will collaborate with both technical and business experts to

+ define work products for the development team and aligning these with OEM and Automotive Chiplet System (ACS) platform requirements.

+ support customer demonstration

+ provide technical documentation for the project and ensure its quality according to international standards (e.g. PMI-PMP, VDA, ISO26262, ASPICE, AEC-Q)

- Completed university studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.

- At least 15-year experiences in the industry and 5 years' experience at same role

- Demonstrated knowledge of high-performance System-on-Chip (SoC) architectures, specifically within the automotive domain.

- Familiar with modern MBSE tools

- Experience with Microcontroller Unit (MCU) architectures, such as ARM and RISC-V.

- General knowledge in functional safety and security principles

- Excellent communication skills and are proficient in creating top management presentations;

- Proficient project management skills (ideally with certification);

- Excellent in maintaining focus and goal-orientation in a fast-changing environment, with strong motivation for data management and strategic work;

- Ability to inspire and motivate others and are willing to go the extra mile to achieve our targets

- Business fluent in written and spoken English

Nice to have

- Understanding of E/E (Electrical/Electronic) automotive architectures, particularly for ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) and infotainment systems.

- Experience in using Linux as a daily development environment and in embedded software development

- Be able to speak Chinese, German is a plus
