Responsibilities:
- Knowledge and understanding in all roles and IT workforce sources in order to recruit to meet organization requirements
- Knowledge and understanding in recruitment and selection process, applicant database and employment process
- Act as Brand Ambassador to attract applicants and provide information useful for recruitment process
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to organize activities for recruitment
- Plan, Design and execute (end-to-end) possible conference/events with convincing contents to draw candidate's interest and achieve hiring target
- Other as assigned
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Preferable background in managing/developing Employer Branding
- Experience in IT field or Recruitment Agency is a big plus
- Experience in writing IT or technology content is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of Boolean, x-ray searches and creating your own candidates' database
- Experience in writing IT or technology content is a plus
- High self-motivated, proactive, good team player, and multi-tasking skill and meet individual deadlines
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with any stakeholders, especially developers and/or IT business, is an advantage
- Good command in English communication skills
