Mô Tả Công Việc

Key Responsibilities:
• Development of business plans for all strategic products lines that ensure attainment of company sales budgets including goals and profitability targets
• Achieve defined sales budgets, top- and bottom line (i.e. gross margins), reporting on performance according to set policies and standards.
• Develop our existent customer portfolio in terms of sales growth ensuring positive image perception by our customers, both commercially and technically.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Identify prospects throughout Vietnam sales territories and realize growth through new customers, increasing market-share year on year.
• Project sales and evaluate the sales potential and overall profitability of the company's products and services
• Technical problem solving providing the outmost information in terms technical issues to be dealt with
• Prepare and execute the agreed sales plan and sales strategies to increase the market share of Delfin brand for all own product lines.
• Customer visits to build up the long-term business relationship between DAP and existent customers / distributors. And develop the new products to expand the current business with the existent customers.
• Build up the team work and the internal communication with Technical and Office team maintain the strong and full services provided to customers
• Provides timely feedback to DAP General Director regarding sales performance and market developments.
• Monthly reporting
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing and service offers for all completed prospect applications submitted for approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Any price reductions need pre-approval of DAP General Director.
• Pricing and contribution margin analysis and positioning.
• Management and support of distributors including performance.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Skill profile:
• Team work professional level
• Problem solving / Resolve customer complaints: capable of formulating proposals and making recommendations relating to sales, be proactive and contribute to change.
• Judgment: Determine own priorities, make sound decisions and recognize when it is right to consult up wards or across with peers
• Negotiation: Vietnamese, English negotiation level, commercial and financial interest and acumen
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese, both written and spoken as well as in English, including those required for presentations, selling ideas, gaining co-operation, influencing and negotiation.
• Articulate, innovative and confident figure. Excellent and pro-active listener, both externally and internally
• Flexible, able to work on own initiative, can deal with more than one project at a time and prioritize accordingly.
• University or college graduated (Mechanical & Electrical Engineer will be an advantage)
- At least 3 years’ experience in selling industrial equipment
• Working Time: from Monday to Friday
