- Carry out quality assessment measures of all the FILM products ("ready to be shipped" FILM products and incoming FILM materials)
- Respond to customer's claim about FILM's NG issue
- Analyze and evaluate NG issue, report to vendors.
- Suggest solution and improvement plan to avoid FILM NG issue.
- Regularly visit customers to get VOC (Voice of Customers)
- Discuss with customers and explain about Film products to customers if necessary
- Make report following supervisor's request

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree: Major in Engineering or Economics
- Excellent in MS office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced computer skills
- Prefer candidates with around 3 year experience in Selling and/or Processing FILM products or other similar technical/electronic products
- Having worked in FILM manufacturers is a big advantage
- Good knowledge about FILM products
- Profound knowledge of quality control standards
- Good negotiation skill
- Good analytical & problem solving skill
- Strong teamwork spirit
- Must be fluent in English or Korean
- Customer-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, patient and responsible
- Be able to complete tasks under high pressure
