Mô Tả Công Việc

Reports to: Technical Key Account Director
Subordinates: none
Main Purpose: to undertake administration and other office duty that help the Technical Key Account Managers to do their job more effectively

Customer management
 Manage the correspondence between the sales team and their Customers
 Provide the data, Customer performance report and production report
 Maintain Equipments and products knowledge
 Follow up value delivered and customer satisfaction
Contracts/ sales administration
 Make the quotation and local sale contract to the customers
 Monitor and update the sale price in monthly basic to key customers
 Sales plan, business opportunity management
Sales support– Products Portfolio
 Analysis sales performance, Keep track of sales target
 Support Technical sale rolling forecast
 Support Value proposition calculation
 Manage Service product portfolio
 Fulfill other tasks assigned
Office Admin
 Coordinates administrative activities and supports the office’s daily operations
 Contacts with the vendor to carry out indirect purchasing process such as car rental, taxi, mobile phone, the apartment lease, hotel booking, air tickets.
 Coordinates logistics for the expatriate such as visa/working permit/residence permit/ apartment lease agreement
 Arranges travel and logistics for internal parties. Checks all expenses relate to travel report and creates weekly/travel report in SAP system.
 Arranges appointment/meeting/exhibition when necessary.
 Creates Indirect Purchase Requisition and does Good Receipts in SAP system.
 Follows up operation cost and travel cost for the office and Monthly Re-Invoiced.
Special Relationships
 Work closely with customers to align key account plan with customer business plan.
 Work closely with internal team to align and execute key account plan
 Work closely with all functional departments

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualifications
 BA or equivalent education is required.
 3+ years of experience in sales administration for technical sales function
 Very good command of English
 Good in using office software such as MS Excel, Word, Power-point
 Logic mindset, business orientation.

 Ability to be self-motivated and independent
 Good capacity for planning activities
 Ability to identify and solve problems
 Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
