Technical Senior Executive

• Develop, update, and improve manuals, checklists, and schedules for safety inspections and technical maintenance.

• Provide clear guidance and training to on-site teams on how to identify hazards, risks, and deficiencies caused by damages, wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or improper operation; and propose feasible preventive measures.

• Supervise and verify that technical staff and contractors perform safety inspections in accordance with established procedures.

• Manage technical operations and maintenance across multiple properties, including monitoring system performance (MEP, firefighting, wastewater treatment, etc.).

• Receive and respond to incident reports and participate directly in technical troubleshooting and resolution.

• Promptly report inspection results, system operating conditions, and improvement proposals to management and relevant departments.

• Fluent in Vietnamese, Basic English skills.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.

• Shows eagerness and capacity to learn new technologies, methods and approaches.

• Good planning and task management skills.

• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required.

• Knowledge of construction issues is an advantage.
