Technical Service Assistant Manager

1. Provide & support technique for all relevant departments as methods for design, airflow analysis, heat load, sound level, equipment select, and specification products of Hoshizaki product and another branch refrigeration system.

2. Assist sales staffs to answers enquires with regard technics of Hoshizaki or another product

3. Support to contractors handle the problems after installation Hoshizaki or another product

4. Visit on site with sales staff to support they solve all problems of customers.

5. Assign service engineer to monitor installed work of contractor at site in order to avoid mistaken installation progress.

6. Maintains staff by selecting, and training employees, counselling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.

7. Protects operations by keeping sensitive information confidential.

8. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending technical workshops and training course then transfer them to sale department.

9. Update Vietnamese regulation of Hoshizaki product.

10. To join technique task team support another department.

11. Technical training leader: translating and checking technical materials; building and maintaining training sessions for staffs, suppliers, and customers.

12. Control for spare part stocking, inventory monthly.

13. Hold service training course for dealer and end user.

14. Control and mantain service quality strandard of outsourcing suppliers, including training, supervising, ect.

15. Develop service sales in line of Company strategy and target.

16. Control and manage all activities relate with service department.

- University graduated

- People management skills

- Work hard, friendly, easy to learn

- Can use welding for steel or SUS is advantage

- Major Refrigerator

- Communicative English

- Computer skill: Basic (Word, Excel...)

- Experience: Kitchen equipment, F&B
