■ Combine/support sales to survey the market, collect & and suggest product quality improvement items, or develop new products…
■ Collect information about used tires in actual conditions, and report MRL/TQIS when requested.
■ Train technical knowledge for sales, and dealer/distributor members.
■ Make a schedule, survey the market, visit dealer/distributor/OEM…frequency.
■ Support visiting sale activity
■ Issue technical documents and consult dealer/distributor about technical & and service.
■ Arrange & and control quality meetings with relative sections to share claim/market quality items to improve product by each section.
■ Summary & report claim/market quality items weekly/monthly…
■ Abide by regulations and staff supervisor implement regulations of the company
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
■ 3 years or above of relevant experience in technical or customer service
■ Proven experience in providing technical customer support and knowledge of the tire industry is preferred
■ Good at communication, presentation, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels in the company and with customer
■ Fair in English (read, written and spoken)
