1. Repair
- Receive equipment and implement reprocessing to make sure all the equipment is under clean condition.
- Perform inspections and propose replaced spare part list to Deputy/Section Manager for review and approval before sending to Service Coordinator to issue quotations to customers.
- Perform repair after getting agreement on quotations from customer and make sure repair equipment under Olympus standard quality.
2. Jig & tool, facilities management
- Frequently check the situation and maintain 5S of Tool, Jig, Facilities to make sure that they are always in good condition.
3. Update the changes
- Read and understand all Service bulletins in order to update timely new repair method, new repair software, changes regard to Tool, Jig, Parts…
4. Technical Service Review
- Support Managers to conduct Technical Service's internal review, Technical Quality Review to keep Technical Service's activities in standard and follow internal policies.
5. Other tasks assigned by Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Age: Less than 30 years old
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Technology, Electrical, Biomedical, Electric, Electronic-Communication.
- Have experience in medical equipment field is preferred
- PDCA skill
- Communication skill
- Teamwork skill
- Fluently speaking in English (TOEIC650)
- Computer’s skill (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Integrity, Empathy, Long-term View, Agility, Unity
