This role provides technical support and training for products in the Vietnam market, ensuring customer satisfaction and product excellence. It involves close collaboration with sales and marketing teams, as well as frequent travel to engage directly with customers. The opportunity is open for candidates nationwide with home-based working mode.
Description
* Deliver technical support, troubleshooting, and training for customers and resellers in Vietnam.
* Collaborate with sales teams on customer visits, project tracking, and product demonstrations.
* Gather customer feedback, resolve complaints, and support marketing efforts with technical documentation and training plans.
* Maintain high standards of communication and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Travel frequently and operate a product demo van as part of outreach efforts.
Profile
* Holds a bachelor's degree in a technical field; engineering preferred.
* Has at least 5 years of experience in technical support or sales within the tools industry.
* Demonstrates strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
* Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, customer understanding, and a commitment to ethical conduct.
* Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively.
Job Offer
* A gross salary + 13th month bonus + performance bonus up to 20% of annum income
* Home-base and flexibility
* Mini-van is provided to candidate to travel for work
* International training (optional)
