Technical Support

• Receive technical support requests and prepare quotations for TOZEN products to

distributors.

• Collaborate with relevant departments and distributors to gather necessary

information for technical support and quotations.

• Create quotations with agreed profit margins.

• Coordinate with support teams and factories when necessary to adjust technical

support and quotation processes.

• Utilize internal systems to provide reports and statistical data to distributors.

• Update and maintain the latest pricing structure of distributors.

• Work with the purchasing department to coordinate orders related to projects.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors or management.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a relevant field.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.

• Language: Proficiency in English.

• Technical Skills: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word are a significant advantage.
