• Evaluate the problem to determine whether the issue is with the software or its customization.
• Analyze and find the Root Cause of the issue and troubleshoot to resolution.
• Simulate and investigate the issues raised.
• Tracking and resolving issues from reporting to closure
• Provide regular status updates to the Manager.
• Create knowledge content when appropriate.
• Keep ownership until case resolved.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Experience in implementing and/or supporting the Financial and Investment System
• Contributing to a team drive for technical excellence through knowledge sharing and documentation.
• A team player with good analytical/problem solving skills.
• Having experience in programming languages (C++, Unix Shell Scripting)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to capture and articulate technical and non-technical details.
• Able to manage and prioritize and tasks and time efficiently.
• English communication
