Technical Support Engineer

1. Responsible for customer support and after-sales services associated with testing, training, updating, troubleshooting, maintenance and repairing of equipment at customer sites
2. Conduct market research and analysis of end-user requirements to gain more insights into the market and potential products
3. Complete detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved
4. Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements or new features based on customer needs
5. Visit customers to introduce products, conduct product tests and demos
6. Follow up with customers and projects and provide technical support timely
7. Report actively and efficiently to team members
8. Other tasks assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software, Information Technology, etc.
2. Proficient in English (reading/listening/writing/speaking)
3. Fast learning is a must
4. Strong communication skill is a must
*** Nice to have:
1. 2+ years of relevant experience are preferred
2. Radar / RF knowledge is a plus
3. Excellent academic grades are preferred
4. Excellent problem-solving and listening skills
5. Discipline, positive, serious and responsible
6. Candidates under 30 are preferred
