• Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct product training sessions for clients to ensure effective use of our technology.
• Document technical issues and solutions to enhance the knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the installation and setup of precision measurement machines at customer sites.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product developments and industry trends.
• Work flexible hours and be available for occasional overtime to meet customer needs.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Junior College or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in English or Korean, both written and spoken.
• Computer skills and effective communication abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime as required.
• Previous experience in technical support or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
