- Response for all dealers and branches on technical consults via phone/message/email
- On-field technical support at dealers and branches upon request
- Summary field investigation report
- Raise technical report to internal report line website (MAIS) for Regional Aftersales level (RATS) vet through then upload onto Subaru Corporation report line website (WebTR)
- Communicate with Regional Aftersales level (RATS) regards to Technical Report approval and support data
- Receive and translate Technical Bulletin/Hint/Recall and transfer to dealers/branches
- Support dealers and branches on diagnosis version update, service manual set up
- Update status of technical support and support Customer Relationship Dept as necessary/requested.
- Support on technical issues for Marketing event (Test drive, Russ Swift,...)

- To transfer Technical Bulletin/Hint from Regional Aftersales level /Subaru Corporation to dealers
