Department: Machinery
Product: Factory automation components
Customers: mainly focus on non- Japanese customers such as Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean, Vietnamese... Middle end and low-end market demand of factory automation components
In order to expand business, we are looking for the candidates who will report to Machinery Technical Support Manager and will be responsible for the following activities:
• Support and propose application design to customers on-site
• Support to handle customer’s technical queries or requirement
• Plan and conduct technical seminar/roadshow to reach out to more potential customers
• Handle customer's product claim
• Arrange technical training to related person in BU (Business Unit)
• Other tasks as required

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Diploma or Degree preferably in Mechanical/ Mechatronics / Electronics & Electrical / Industrial / Precision Engineering
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in Factory Automation job or in Technical Dept in manufacturing companies.
• Possess high energy and result-oriented
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Target driven and customer-centered
• Good team player
• Diploma or Degree preferably in Mechanical/ Mechatronics / Electronics & Electrical / Industrial / Precision Engineering
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in Factory Automation job or in Technical Dept in manufacturing companies.
