Technical Support Executive (at North Vietnam region)

Overall Responsibility:

Provide technical support to the Sales team and related departments.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist the Sales team in obtaining new business, maintaining market share, developing target customers, and addressing customer concerns.

Conduct customer visits, seminars, and sewing evaluations; provide guidance on machine adjustments to ensure products meet performance requirements.

Assist customers in selecting the correct thread products for their applications, emphasizing performance and value.

Educate customers on key characteristics of fibers, thread constructions, and A&E product lines with respect to sewing performance, durability, and strategic cost.

Support manufacturing in analyzing quality issues and process changes.

Assist operations team in conducting field sewing tests on new products, process changes, lubricants, and related areas.

Educational Background:

College degree or equivalent.

Professional Qualification:

Working knowledge of sewing equipment in garment and footwear manufacturing.

Minimum Working Experience:

At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Skills Required:

Operate various types of sewing machines, including lockstitch, overedge, coverstitch, etc.

Ability to analyze and identify key variables in the sewing process.

Good command of English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Able to travel, keep appointments, and work under varying conditions in the global sewing and footwear products marketplace.
