Mô Tả Công Việc

1) Support Purchasing Staff about technical issues
- Convert alternative parts in case running out of stock or discontinue of the products
- Support and advise Purchasing staff related to specs, technical information or issues
2) Support Maintenance & Repair Service
- Visit customers together with vendors & Purchasing Staff to understand what customers need
3) Support Marketing/ Purchasing Staff for customers' complaint handling
4) Work together with Purchasing Team to analyze Strategic items and source Strategic Items to enhance the strength of product portfolio of IMV
5) Training about technical products for Purchasing Staff
- Study goods categories and conduct training for Purchasing Staff
- Provide basic knowledge for Purchasing Staff about technical topics (Eg. what is necessary specification for confirming with customer and vendor)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

REQUIREMENT
- University degree in Technical field (mechanical, electric, chemical, technology or relevant)
- Having at least 2-3 year experience in technical service or production
- Good MS office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and computer skills
- Be able to communicate in English
- Having strong interest in technical support and customer service
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and enjoy communicating and cooperating with many staff, departments, partners (vendor, customers)
- Being able to work independentlly and can resolving issues on your own
- Gender: Male only
Other requirements:
- Self-motivated
- Time, task & deadline management skills
- Teamwork spirit
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able and willing to work under high pressure
- Fast learning and adapting to new working environment
