Provides appropriate solutions, actions, or corrective actions when the deviation is found in operations related to Training area. Coordinates with the Engineering team to solve the problems.
Coordinate the Cross Training of the Training and Production departments to ensure our customer’s satisfaction.
Technical Training – Project Management
Coordinate all HR Training project management activities, resources, and information.
Analyze risks and opportunities.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Min 3-5 years working in Manufacturing/Production or relevant field
Good English communication skills; Good computer skill
Strong interpersonal/communication/influencing skills
Good at problem-solving skill
