Technical / Workshop Asst Manager / Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Manage the team on daily operation, provide training regularly and maximize aftersales service quality and customers’ satisfaction. - Responsible to workshop P&L, monitor KPI, improve customer experience and reduce service cost. - Responsible for the operation and management of local aftersales service, including repair and maintenance management, service quality management, sparts parts warehouse management, local customer relationship maintenance, etc. - Perform professional services to key accounts and resolve complaint cases with internal departments. - Achieve continuous improvement by driving and optimizing the operating procedures for efficiency and effectiveness, monitor the early warnings of any operational risk, and secure service partner’s compliance. - Support workshop renovation projects during the initial stage of our expansion. - Prepare monthly service review reports with analysis and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements: - Tertiary education / Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical /Automotive or equivalent - Minimum 8 years’ related experience within the commercial vehicle repair and maintenance industry of which 3 years at management level - Proven experience in managing a workshop / center / store - Conversant with computer skills in MS Office - Proficient in communication of both spoken and written English - Result-oriented, analytical, well-organized with excellent communication skills - Self-motivated, good problem solving skills and independent - Immediate availability is a definite advantage Please indicate your expected salary.
