The primary task of this person is providing first and second level technical assistance and support for Cengage Learning products and services to customers throughout Vietnam
He is required to work with sales personnel to target key technology adoptions and assist in closing sales. He will be required to travel within Vietnam to provide support for test centers and/or educational institution.
- Technology Services Support (60%)
- Post sales Training Support (20%)
- Network Infrastructure Support (20%)

- Preferably with background in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunications) or other related field
- Proven experience in e-Learning helpdesk help desk and technical support
- Background in customer support or sales will be preferred
