1. Turning out Sales from Hotline
- Receiving calls from the hotline and collecting adequate information about clients (company name, phone number, person in charge, demand, etc.)
- Consulting and answering clients' queries about the company product & service.
- Handling quickly and efficiently one-off orders from different channels (hotline & online) from small clients.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients and potential clients, offering the best customer service during and after order purchase.
2. Verifying Leads and convert to meetings
- Searching & collecting clients’ information according to the required list, assessing the potential; and allocating verified leads to Sales Managers by turn.
- Making the first calls to new potential clients to offer initial advice on products and services based on their demands.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients for Line Manager/ Sales Managers.
- Updating the report on requests from Line Manager.
- Coordinating with the sales team and other departments to achieve business goals.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

- At least 01 year of experience at relevant positions;
- Good at communication & negotiation skills, ability to handle and solve arising problems quickly and effectively;
- Good at time management skills & work priority;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Teamwork spirit but able to work independently;
