Scope of the position
To be responsible for achieving personal sales targets and quarterly KPIs, growing market share and penetration to existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive sales of basic products, consumables, accessories and/or service contract via phone and electronic media ( e-mails, chat, webinar, etc..) to a defined list of dedicated target accounts
- Management of inbound demands (quotations, tenders…) from their dedicated target accounts.
- Use CRM database to record sales activities
- Being able to make cross lead to others division
- Troubleshooting and help customer solve issues with basic products if needed
- Ensure conformance with corporate guidelines
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Degree in engineering.
- English: read and speak basic English
- Skills: Sales & closing offers oriented, good relationship skills, selling skills via the phone, transactional sales approach.
- Experience:
• Understanding of local market and key segments (Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, Chemical) is an advantage.
• At least one year of technical selling skill experience.

- Meet and exceed sales quotas assigned for responsible product lines
- Number of successful calls: 15 calls per day
