Mô Tả Công Việc
- Handle customer account opening, closing and modifying. Handle time deposit transaction for customers.
- Checking & reconciling daily transaction history( Citad and Vietcombank system)
- Handle customer account statement/transaction slip over counter, by fax, post mail.
- Participate in the implementation of KYC.
- Study and comply with local regulations which are related to your duties.
- Report to Supervisor any abnormal issues related to banking business during the day.
- Performing other related duties as assigned Handle imports, export, overseas remittance transactions.
- Other assignments by Team Head/ line managers.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Customer service oriented with good communication and problem solving skills
- Good English (Korean Priority) and computer skills
- Bachelor or higher degree in Economics, Banking, Financial, Accounting or related major
- Good communication skills
- Meticulousness and execution skill are strongly required
- Sense of responsibility, team work manner is a must and leadership skill is a plus
