Serving customers walk in the Branch including inquiries, account opening requests, cash transactions and coordinate with related parties to ensure a smooth & effective customer service.
Responsible for and to end on over the counter transaction on account opening, cash and non-cash transactions
Take responsibility on accuracy and monitoring of the branch’s balancing activity on daily operations.
Proactively identify, manage and propose effective end to end solution to issues related to service delivery.
Resolve customer complaints, inquiries and problems.
Process & Compliance
Take accountability over the branch compliance to the standard operating procedures and ensure regulatory requirements are met towards achieving operational excellence.
· Validation of over the counter transaction on opening accounts, cash and non-cash transactions
· Approve rates, cash and check deposits up to authorized amount.
· Program champion to all sales, service and compliance module in view of training and educating branch staff (if any)
· Supervise staff (if any) in ensuring service and compliance standards are met.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University Degree in Business/Economics/Financial Engineering
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in banking is preferred
• Computer literate
• Attention to detail and strong math attitude
• Good interpersonal skill – friendly and polite
Good personal attributes – honest and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
