Temporary Buyer - MRO (8 Months)

Job summary:
As a MRO Buyer and together with other 02 members in team, the candidate will be responsible for all sourcing activities for MRO inquiries from 05 breweries, including but not limit to procuring, contract management, supplier management, stakeholder coordination… The candidate will play a key role in procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for the company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the procurement process
• Liaise with stakeholders to determine their desire and product needs
• Manage and review documents for the procurement of all supplies to ensure compliance with the Company Policy and Procurement Policy.
• Conduct and manage the process for the evaluations of proposals, offers and bids in accordance with internal policy and external local regulatory process while selecting the best supplier.
• Nurture relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company
• Identify and research potential new suppliers.
• Assesses total costs of company purchases.
• Resolving supplier problems related to quality, performance, and service level.
• Identifying and certifying alternative suppliers to mitigate supply disruption risks.
• Responsible for ensuring follow up records are maintained and documented from origination through completion.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics/ Foreign Trade/Business Administration
• At least 3 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role; preferably in F&B industry & foreign invested companies
• Familiar in procurement process for indirect materials, supplier performance management, contract management and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of customs and government regulations: import & export, taxes, commercial laws and economic contract; and merchandise
• Technical and or MRO knowledge (spare parts) is a must.
• Able to work under pressure, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate well in English
• Proficient in using MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other working Apps. Power BI/Power Query is preferable. Experience in SAP/Oracle is preferable.
• Good at in data analysis (Excel/Excel 365).
