Temporary Order Processing Specialist (In 7 Months)
Job description
Fulfill customer’s orders with the most satisfaction
• To communicate with customers and arrange shipments to them as per their orders and Sonova production capacity & stocks.
o Consolidate weekly orders from buyers and send to Planning
o Allocate confirmed finished goods from Planning Section to each buyer
o Sell goods on SAP
o Coordinate with warehouse on packing and delivery
o Filing exporting documents
o Send Invoice, Packing List, Tracking Number to customers after the shipments go.
• To coordinate with forwarder services on customer clearance, flight booking and picking shipments at Sonova
• To make and update periodical reports in accordance with regulations of local customs authority/Headquarter
o Update and Send weekly shipment follow-up to person in charge in Headquarter (Staefa)
o Update and send OTD report to all department heads and General Director
o Make and update norms
o Complete & submit liquidation report to Customs Clearance quarterly.
• To satisfy customer’s requirements by arranging delivery on time, closely follow up and settle their complaints (if any)
Job requirements
– Bachelor degree
– Good MS Office skill (Word, Excel)
– Good English communication skills
– Preferable to candidates with practical experience in customer service position
