Job Description

* Main responsibilities:
- Office tenant relation (build up the relationship with tenants, handle tenants' complaints, coordinate with other departments to support tenants for their moving in and daily operation at BFT) (50%)
• Build up good relationship with tenants, try to grow the relationship from landlord-tenant to friendship so that tenants can feel free to share their queries and understand the building in some difficult cases
• Closely work with all departments to handle tenants' complaints/inquiries. Satisfy tenants within the day. For tasks which need time to resolve, always follow up with tenants to show them the building's attention to the issues. For some extremely difficult cases which need long time to resolve, show some "fake customer care" skill to ease tenants' worry
• Be very patient with tenants to guide them to get used to the building's procedure and regulation
• Follow up the lease expiry to provide special care to those whose leases are going to expire as a contribution to their consideration to extend the lease
• For easy tasks which don't involve other departments, always try to satisfy tenants immediately so that tenants feel happy and easy to "tolerate" in some other pending issues

- Set up and manage office tenant data base (15%)
• Always keep updating the database professionally
• Be detailed and careful with the database
• Build up the database systematically so that from the database it's easy to produce appropriate reports when being required in the shortest time

- Manage parking service for tenants/outside guests (20%)
• Provide exact and on-time monthly parking reports
• Provide prompt parking service to tenants/guests

- Arrange schedule to provide building services (building system maintenance/testing, pest control, cleaning, etc.) for tenants (10%)
• Have a professional system to follow up the work routine to timely work with tenants for the schedule
• Always be flexible in arranging the schedule so that tenants don’t feel being disturbed by the work and then tenants will feel happy to support the building in some urgent cases

- Support Icon 68 to promote their events/promotions to office tenants (5%)
• Immediately circulate the materials/information regarding the Icon 68 to office tenants so that tenants can enjoy the benefits from Icon 68 as well as increase the traffic/sale of Icon 68
• Still keep the relationship and contacts of tenants who already move out of BFT to update them the information of Icon 68
