The Regional BPO (Tender) Executive is responsible for supporting and handling tenders that are assigned by the global and regional tender lead and generating data for RFQ analysis to work toward company's strategic objectives.
• Work jointly with RFQ handler to support the preparation and submission of tenders for global and strategic customers.
• Generate data for analysis to support the RFQ handler in communication with stakeholders and management for analysis, internal review, and evaluation in line with the corporate direction.
• Understand tender specifications and requirements and liaise with countries mainly in the APAC region for accurate and timely responses.
• Examine rates and submissions from APAC region to ensure quality inputs.
• Delineate local office performance and tender progress to management.
• Maintain a record of tenders in internal reports and tender document management system.
• Preparation of any tender-related reports to further support management analysis in any form of improvement or performance management.
• Other assignments and participation in related projects, as required.
Yêu cầu công việc
► Education and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Economics, International Trade, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
• At least 03 years of experience working in the Logistic industry or global forwarding companies.
• Experience with all aspects of operation procedures.
► Required skills and abilities:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, especially excellent in Excel (Pivot).
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
► Working Conditions and Benefits:
• Working Place: TTC Building, No. 19, Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Dist, Hanoi City
• Working time: Monday to Friday
• Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
• Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
• Annual Salary Increase: once per year
• Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)
• Insurance: 24 hours’ Accident Insurance, Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance
• Others: International working environment with many opportunities for learning and development, training courses, company trip, etc.
