Position Summary, Responsibilities, and Expectations:
• Expectations:
o Able to complete testing and file results with minimal oversight
o Solid knowledge of PCs, Consoles, Smart devices, and their various components
o Able to trouble shoot across multiple platforms, Windows, MacOS, Android iOS
o Optional: Python skills for test automation
• Responsible for:
o Complete QA testing for SW and FW of Elgato products
o Compiling reports on findings and testing data gathered
o Record testing data and analyze results, and file all issues and concerns in bug tracking SW
o Providing recommendations and advice to relevant stakeholders
o Define and refine testcases
o Automate tests where possible and necessary

Essential Skills and Experience:
• Graduate from Automation, Informatics, Tele-communication or similar
• Experience in testing or automation is a plus
• Ability to communicate in English (basic level)
• Self-starter with minimal need for oversight
• Independent thinker able to follow instruction
• Team work is a must
