Mô Tả Công Việc
- Manufacturing test project management from NPI to sustaining
- Customer/Vendor facing/negotiating
- Manage overall test readiness (HW/SW/Other resources), identify risks and the communication to internal and cross-functional teams
- Test strategy planning and optimize test processes across the entire production line from SMT, sub-assembly and FATP (Final Assembly, Test, Packout)
- Drive yield, retest, and operational issues for the test line. Ensure test readiness for all phases of the product development life cycle

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree or higher
· 2+ years of relevant work experience in related industries
· Good command of English, ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage
· Experience with building and launching consumer electronics products
· Excellent track record of managing a cross-functional team in order to achieve new product objectives inclusive of quality, yield and cost
