조직:

- SNOW에서 개발 및 운영 중인 모바일 애플리케이션(SNOW, SODA, Foodie, B612, EPIK,...)의 품질 관리 업무를 담당합니다.

담당업무:

- 테스트 활동을 통한 오류 검출 및 리포트 작성

- Test Scenario, Test Case 작성 및 관리

- 기획안 리뷰 및 피드백

- 서비스 출시 후 모니터링 및 CS 대응

Job description

- Camera and Editing Services QA (Vietnamese speaker proficient in Korean)

- Submission of a Korean resume is required

Organization:

- Responsible for quality management of mobile applications developed and operated by SNOW (including SNOW, SODA, Foodie, B612, EPIK, etc.).

Responsibilities:

- Detect errors and create reports through testing activities

- Write and manage Test Scenarios and Test Cases

- Review and provide feedback on project plans

- Monitor services after release and handle customer support (CS)

지원자격:

- 한국어로 의사소통 가능자 (최소 토픽 5급 보유)

- IT분야에 대한 지식이 보유하신 분

- 테스터 경험이 있으신분

- PC 및 모바일 장치를 능숙하게 사용 가능하신 분

- 새로운 지식을 배우는 것에 대해 열린 마인드이신 분

- 책임감이 강하고 긍정적인 마인드를 가지신 분

우대사항:

- IT에 관련 된 경력이 3년이상 (IT Comtor, Tester)

- App (Android/iOS) 플랫폼에 대한 지식을 보유하신 분

Job Requirements:

- Proficient in Korean communication (at least TOPIK level 5)

- Knowledge in the IT field

- Experience as a tester

- Proficient in using PCs and mobile devices

- Open-minded and willing to learn new knowledge

- Strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

- Over 3 years of experience in the IT field (IT Comtor, Tester)

- Knowledge of App (Android/iOS) platforms
