Testing and Validation Engineer

- Analyze testing requirements (quantity and type of test samples; testing conditions/methods; evaluation standards; reference technical documents), manage test schedules and execute evaluations for performance battery characteristics. - Evaluate short and long-term cell performances, conducting screening tests with the development factors during development. - Ensure adherence to testing standards (UN38.3, UL1642, IEC62133-2) and Report preparation, Test procedure prepare and review. - Coordinate with departments for failure analysis and improvement suggestions. - Prepare technical reports and analyze issues using company systems (SIL/IMS-JIRA). - Read and interpret technical documentation, including TCD and product drawings, understand some QCVN about batteries (QCVN 91...) - Operate charging and discharging equipment for battery testing: FS200, Chroma 17020, etc.

- Have at least 2 years of experience in Test and Validation, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or R&D, ideally within the Electronics & Battery or Automotive industries. - Education: Masters in Engineering or equivalent Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, electrochemistry, or related engineering field. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to comprehend and apply technical concepts. - Proficient in using mechanical, electrical, and electronic measuring tools and interpreting technical drawings. - Knowledgeable in electrical parameters, thermal dynamics, electrochemistry, materials science, and relevant engineering principles. - Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 systems, as well as basic quality management tools such as the 7 QC tools and 5W1H. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for data analysis and reporting. - Excellent communication skills in English (speaking, reading, and writing). - Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable individual with strong interpersonal skills for collaboration in multinational environments - Experience in using QC test equipment such as Micro meter, Hioki, X-Ray, battery cell test machines (Arbin, Climats, Weisstechnik, King Design…), battery cell testing standards are an advantage
