1. Business

• Support “Deep inspection campaign” & 5S to improve machine performance & Technical operator capability development with effective inspection system.

• Support to develop Equipment ownership for Operators by Autonomous Maintenance and Progressive Autonomous development in maintenance & machine inspection activities.

• Build an effective tracking system for follow-up action to ensure accountability & transparency in the task executions.

• Execute the data maintainance, managemen and analysys for SMD production activities.

• Revamp manufacturing power apps for more user-friendly usage & effective tracking for machine performance & production management

• Support manufacturing behaviors & culture improvement strategy

2. People

• Communicate effectively with shopfloor & management team to facilitate a smooth flow of information.

• Work with key stakeholders to ensure action follow up process is executed & bring effective results.

• Communicate in teams to deliver message in continuous improvement in manufacturing behaviour & culture improvement strategy.

• Teamwork abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Interest in FMCG industry
